1. The defendants shall jointly and severally pay to the plaintiff the amount of KRW 200,000,000 and the amount shall be from September 23, 2007 to the date of full payment.

1. Indication of claim;

A. On July 10, 1996, the Plaintiff agreed to receive an additional donation of 300 square meters out of the land to be purchased by Defendant B, by setting the amount of KRW 60,000,000 as the purchase price for the land to be paid to Defendant B at 0.016% after the maturity of three months.

B. Defendant B failed to perform its obligations under the above agreement until 1997, and upon which the Plaintiff notified the performance thereof, Defendant C, his wife, Defendant D, and E’s joint and several liability certificates were issued to the Plaintiff.

C. Around March 2000, Defendant B prepared a loan certificate to pay KRW 200,000,000 in lieu of performing the above contractual obligations, and Defendant C, D, and E provided joint and several sureties.
