A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On October 2014, the Defendant sent a e-mail card connected to a financial institution’s account to the head of the Tong recruitment book, while holding the said account separately issued, knowing that it will be used for the so-called “singishing” fraud crime. If the Defendant received real-time notification of the fact that the amount of fraud was deposited into the said account through the Sms text message message service prior to filing an application, he/she conspired with the male-friendly job offer to directly withdraw the amount of damage prior to the withdrawal of the singishing, and to commit the act of street collection by directly withdrawing the amount of damage prior to the cash card.

Accordingly, at around November 4, 2014, the Defendant opened one bank account (Account Number C) with the name of the Defendant at the original bank's office located in the Kugdong-dong, one of the members of the Gyeonggi-si, Gyeonggi-si, the Defendant: (a) obtained eck cards and cash cards connected to the account; (b) designated eck cards and cash cards as the mobile phone numbers of the said B; and (c) the Defendant provided the said cash card to the said B and prepared for the crime on the same day at around 13:30.

Pursuant to the prior public offering with the above B, in order to assist the Defendant in receiving the above money, the Defendant instructed the Defendant to deliver one of the above one bank account passbook in the name of the Defendant by making contact with the Defendant at around 14:00 on November 4, 2014, and deliver one of the above one bank account passbook in the name of the Defendant. Upon the Defendant’s instructions, the Defendant sent the above physical card password in conversations with the solicitation book of the above passbook and sent it to the above bank account, and around 15:00 on the same day, at around 15:00 on the same day, the Defendant sent Kwikset in front of the Defendant’s house located in the Dong-gu, Gyeonggisan City, and sent the above passbook’s collection book to the above one bank account and the check card to the Defendant.

On November 4, 2014, only one-time wounded person is a bank staff member, police officer, Seoul Central District Public Prosecutor's Office.
