Punishment of the crime

On January 22, 2015, at around 22:30, the Defendant: (a) received a claim from the victim C (the age of 52) who was operating a mast taxi across the lane on the vehicle driving signal prior to the 130 central point of Nam-gu, Ulsan-gu, Busan-ro, 130, and assaulted the victim at one time, who was at the right side of the victim due to her head.
