A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four years.
The defendant shall be ordered to complete the sexual assault treatment program for 80 hours.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
The Defendant began to go back from the victim B (n, 23 years of age) and from December 2017, and began to go back from July 2019.
1. On September 2, 2019, from around 22:00 to 24:00 of the same day, the Defendant assaulted the victim, such as: (a) at the Defendant’s house located in Daejeon Sung-gu building C building D; (b) at the victim’s cell phone, the victim’s photographed with another male, and discovered the victim’s photograph with him/her, and (c) the victim’s head, face, arms, hus, etc. of the victim’s body from drinking time to drinking; and (d) when the victim’s body was walkinged on his/her hand with his/her hand, leaving the victim’s body at hand, and booming the victim’s body with his/her hand.
2. At around 05:00 on September 3, 2019, the Defendant: (a) prevented the victim of the assault from taking place any defect that the victim intends to come out of the locked; (b) prevented the victim from taking out of the locked; and (c) went off from the victim’s will and panty; and (d) prevented the victim from taking out of the victim’s body; and (e) took off the victim’s body by hand, even if the Defendant was pushed out with the Defendant, the Defendant her raped the victim by suppressing the victim’s resistance, such as taking out the victim’s body on the victim’s body, and inserting the victim’s sexual organ one time into a part of the victim’s body.
3. The Defendant sent a text message to the effect that he/she resisted from the victim on the same day after raped the victim as described in paragraph 2, and then received the message to the effect that he/she resisted from the victim on the same day, and sent the text message to the victim’s cell phone from the French site around September 11, 2019 to the victim’s cell phone at around September 17, 2019, and the Defendant sent the victim’s cell phone at around September 17, 2019 to the victim’s cell phone at around September 17, 2019, and sent the victim’s cell phone at around 01:54 on September 10, 2019.
The test of parents has yet to speaked.
In addition, it does not go against the internal law.
