Reasons
Punishment of the crime
On June 20, 2020, the Defendant driven a bicycle under the influence of alcohol level of about 0.196% from the 2km section of approximately 2km to the front road of the “Welsan Welfare Center for the Aged,” located in the Jeju-gu, Seo-gu, U.S., Seo-gu, Busan, to the front road of the “Welsan Welfare Center for the Aged,” located in the same lake.
