Punishment of the crime

The defendant is entitled to transfer the sales proceeds because he/she does not possess Oral land, etc.

Even though there is no intention or ability to sell the goods, the sales proceeds have been acquired by iceizing the sale of the goods in the strawter in order to punish living expenses and entertainment expenses.

On November 3, 2015, the Defendant: (a) connected to a mobile phone in the vicinity of the Pung-si, Pung-si, Pung-si, by using a mobile phone; (b) reported the victim’s “CBR 125CC purchase” with the victim’s registration; and (c) made a false statement to the effect that “if prior to the payment of KRW 750,000, the Defendant would deliver Oral Ba as freight,” and (d) received total KRW 750,000 from the victim to November 3, 2015 to June 2015, the Defendant received KRW 750,000 from the Defendant’s agricultural bank account under the name of the Defendant for sales proceeds of three times in total from November 3, 2015 to December 28, 2016, as indicated in the list of crimes committed in the attached Table, and received KRW 9,050,000 from November 3, 2015.

Accordingly, the defendant deceivings 20 victims and defrauds 9,150,000 property.
