Reasons
Punishment of the crime
The defendant of "2016 Highest 4597" is a person engaged in driving a C non-Stop car.
1. 3. No person who violates the Guarantee of Automobile Compensation shall operate any motor vehicle on a road which is not mandatory insurance;
