Reasons
Punishment of the crime
[Attachment] On November 3, 2011, the Defendant was sentenced to eight months of imprisonment for fraud, etc. at the Seoul Northern District Court, and completed the execution of the sentence at Seongdong-gu District Court on April 23, 2012.
[2013Kadan663] On April 26, 2013, the Defendant was provided with alcoholic beverages worth KRW 300,000, including studio 70,000, in a total of 300,000, when the Defendant took an attitude to pay the victim for alcohol, alcohol, etc. at “Eju” operated by the victim D in Paju City on April 26, 2013.
However, the defendant did not have the intention or ability to pay the price even if he was provided with alcoholic beverage, alcohol, etc.

The Defendant, by deceiving the victim as such, did not pay the amount equivalent to 270,000 won of the market price, such as alcohol and entertainment workers, even though he was provided by the victim, thereby taking economic benefits equivalent to the said amount.
2. On May 8, 2013, the Defendant: (a) destroyed and damaged property by adding more than 570,000 won to the said victim’s visit several times, without any justifiable reason, at the same location as 00:40 on May 8, 2013.
