A is a person who serves as a tent signaler in Ulsansan C, and uses "I", "I" and "I" as a member of "E" D, a member of the Internet file sharing site D.

1. No person who violates the Act on the Protection of Children and Juveniles against Sexual Abuse (production, distribution, etc. of obscene materials) shall distribute, provide or possess obscene materials for children or juveniles;

Nevertheless, on September 2016, the Defendant had access to the said “E” website with Ulsandong-gu H and Defendant’s house PC, and then posted the images of a sex-related relationship with men, juveniles, or children and juveniles, and distributed them to unspecified members who joined the said website so that they can download the said videos.

2. No person who violates the Act on the Promotion of Utilization of Information and Communications Network and Protection, etc. of Information (obscenity, etc.) shall distribute, sell, lease, or openly exhibit any obscene codes, language, sound, image, or motion picture through an information and communications network;

Nevertheless, on September 2016, the Defendant posted a total of 57 obscene image as shown in attached Form 2, such as a list of crimes, such as posting an obscene image on which women’s sound was revealed, after accessing the said “E” website to Ulsan-dong-gu H and Defendant’s house PC, and then posting it to the said website, and distributed obscene images so that many unspecified members who joined the said website can download the said video.
