A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

Punishment of the crime

On January 14, 2016, the Defendant sentenced the Incheon District Court to eight months of imprisonment for fraud, and completed the execution of the sentence on July 27, 2016.

1. Around 18:00 on September 12, 2016, the Defendant entered the E-ju shop operated by the victim D, the victim D, who was underground in Bupyeong-si, Seocheon-si, and conducted as if he would pay the liquor value of the discharge, and ordered beer 4 illness, 1 illness, 1 week, 1 week, etc.

However, the defendant did not have any intention or ability to pay the above price.

On September 12, 2016, at the same place as the preceding paragraph, the Defendant obstructed the Defendant’s bar business by force for about 40 minutes, such as: (a) 1,40,000 won of the price from the victim D after drinking alcohol and then demanding payment from the victim D; (b) 3,000 won of the price; (c) and (d) 40,000 won of the glass on the tables.

3. On September 12, 2016, the Defendant insultd the victim G by openly referring the victim G at the police station and office located at the 84,000,000 U.S. Seocheon-si, Seocheon-si, 311-ro, 311, and the above D’s statement of damage at the place where the said D’s statement of damage was made.

1. Around 05:00 on September 5, 2016, the Defendant entered the “J” operated by the victim I in Bupyeong-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, Bupyeong-gu, as if he would pay the drinking value, and ordered two Scarbs, etc.

However, the defendant did not have any intention or ability to pay the price.

Accordingly, the Defendant, by deceiving the above victim, was provided with the alcohol amounting to KRW 984,00 in total from the above victim.

2. On September 6, 2016, the Defendant entered “M” operated by the victim L in Bupyeong-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, Bupyeong-gu, Incheon, and committed as if he were to pay the alcohol value, and was 20 beer disease, etc.
