A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

2,320,000 won shall be additionally collected from the defendant.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant was sentenced to one year of imprisonment for a violation of the Narcotics Control Act at the Daejeon District Court on January 19, 201, and was on December 23, 2011, and was not a person who completed the execution of the sentence at the Daejeon Vocational Training Institution on December 23, 201.

1. Sale and purchase of, and receipt from, Memphographs (hereinafter referred to as Memopon with a diaphone) who are medicine with a psychotropic spirit;

A. On April 27, 2014, at around 08:35, the Defendant transferred 1.5 million won of opon to the post office account in the name of E (Account Number F) which is the account known to D, and on the same day, at the guest room of the mother telecom, where it is impossible to identify the trade name near H located in G at around 19:00 of 19:00, the Defendant purchased approximately 1c injection equipment 4 and approximately 0.1g of opon from C, and purchased approximately 4.1g of opon.

B. On April 27, 2014, at around 22:00, the Defendant received approximately 4.1g of philopon from K in front of the Jelon, which he purchased in front of the Jelon, as above.

On April 28, 2014, the Defendant: (a) 01:00, at the guest room of Jel I located in Jelon I, laid off a 1C injection device with approximately 1 g philopon and sold 500,000 won of philopon to L.

On April 30, 2014, at around 20:0, the Defendant: (a) reexploited a 1C injection device with approximately 1 g 1C injection device, which was put to K in front of the Macom, in the Macom, at around 10:0,000, and sold phiphones to N and at KRW 50,000,000 from N.

E. On May 1, 2014, the Defendant: (a) 22:00, at the Jelel room located in Jelaju-si, Chungcheongnamju-si; (b) 1 Cronon, which was 1g of philopon, laid off to K, and sold philopon to O by taking 50,000 won of philopon from O.

2. The Defendant, who administered a scopon, shall immediately deliver a scopon to K as set forth in the above 1(a).
