Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On December 21, 2019, the Defendant 21:00, 21: (a) was driven by the victim B (Nam, 38 years of age) who was a substitute driver, and was under the front road in D in the string of the Cstststrening Cstrening Motor Vehicle that was driven by the Defendant, and was under the influence of alcohol, she had the victim’s face three times as his/her hand.

Accordingly, the Defendant assaulted the driver of a vehicle in operation.
