A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On May 20, 2019, while the Defendant stopped in the red signal in front of Cmat in Ansan-si B at Andong-si on May 20, 2019, the Defendant asked the victim E (a title) (a passenger) who was on the back seat of D taxi operation of the Defendant to see whether he is able to see the victim’s face, and the victim stated “N” to the effect that she can see the victim’s eye, even though she sees her body, the Defendant left the victim’s seat with his body.
