Defendant

A A shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3 million, and Defendant B shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2 million.

The above fines are imposed by the Defendants.

Punishment of the crime

1. From around 09:30 on September 20, 2019 to around 10:00 on the same day, the Defendants’ co-offendered the Defendant’s statement that “the victim should comply with the declaration,” which was posted in the E Design Office operated by C victim D (E, 63 years of age), was leaked to the outside, and the honor of the Defendants was deteriorated, and the Defendant Company A: (a) died of the knife knife; (b) died of the knife; (c) died of the knife; (d) died of the knife; and (d) was flife of the knife, the knife knife knife knife knife knife knife knife knife knife knife knife knife knife knife.

Accordingly, the Defendants jointly threatened the victim and interfered with the operation of the victim's design office by force.

2. Defendant A’s crime;

A. From around September 19, 2019 to around 09:30 to 15:00 on September 19, 2019, the Defendant: (a) found in the E-design office operated by the victim that the victim described in paragraph (1) disclosed out the phrase “to comply with a declaration”; and (b) found the victim’s reputation in the E-Design office, carried the victim’s flaps; (c) flapsing the victim’s flaps; (d) flapsing the victim’s blaps; and (e) flapsing the victim’s blaps; and (e) flapsing the victim’s blaps with his hand; and (e) flapsing the victim’s flaps.
