Reasons
Punishment of the crime
[criminal records] On August 30, 2013, Defendant A was sentenced to ten months of imprisonment with prison labor for special larceny, etc., and two months of imprisonment with prison labor for special larceny, etc. from the Daejeon District Court’s astronomical Branch on November 14, 2013. On December 18, 2014, Defendant A was sentenced to two years of imprisonment with prison labor for special larceny from the Suwon Branch of the Daejeon District Court on December 18, 2014; and on December 29, 2015, Defendant A was sentenced to six months of imprisonment with prison labor from the Suwon Branch of the Suwon District Court on December 13, 2017, and completed the execution of the sentence in the previous correctional institution on February 13, 2017.

1. On July 4, 2018, at around 23:30 on July 4, 2018, Defendants and D discovered G car rental vehicles of the victim F, which were not corrected at the first floor parking lot of the apartment apartment of Yeonsu-gu Incheon, Yeonsu-gu, Incheon, and Defendant A entered the steering seat, Defendant B, driving seat, and D, respectively, and Defendant B brought 2 tobacco worth KRW 1810,000,000, total market value of which is KRW 9,000,00.

2.
