Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

Around 04:30 on August 2, 2018, the Defendant: (a) stated that the victim D(21) who is an employee of Ulsan-gun, Ulsan-gun, would not have become aware of tobacco requested by the Defendant; (b) that “new customers would be king”; (c) as the Defendant’s cell phone was collected from the victim D; (d) the victim E (21) was threatening with D while the victim E (21 years old) was moving back to D; and (e) the victim F (21 years old) was demanded to “Astrosta,” as the victim E and the Defendant were displayed at the victim E; (b) the victim was able to flick tobacco flick; (c) the victim was released from the victim’s tobacco flick; (d) the victim was released to the victim Flick-gun; and (e) the victim was released from the victim’s body and the victim’s body flick-flicked goods; and (e) the victim was released by the victim E.

Accordingly, the defendant assaulted the victim D and the victim E, and assaulted the victim F by carrying dangerous objects.
