Defendant shall be punished by a fine of one million won.

If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On May 8, 2013, at around 23:08, at a place where Kimpo-si's Gopo-si's Gopo-si's seat cannot be known, the Defendant driven B rocketing car with the blood alcohol concentration of about 0.081% under the influence of alcohol in front of the 424 U.S. Fire-Fighting Station in Gangseo-gu, Seoul.
