1. The defendant is engaged in driving a EX-sports motor vehicle in violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes;

2. Around 07:00 on October 29, 2018, the Defendant driven a B X-sports vehicle while under the influence of alcohol of about 0.20% of the blood alcohol concentration of about 500 meters from the E apartment parking lot with D’s front road located in Geumsan-gun C around 07:00.

On March 7, 2014, the Defendant was charged with a fine of three million won for a violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving) at the Daejeon District Court on March 7, 2014, and was charged with a violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Bodily Injury) and a violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving) on October 22, 2018.

The Defendant is under the influence of alcohol at around 15:39 on October 11, 2018, with a blood alcohol concentration of 0.230%.
