1. The plaintiff's claim is dismissed.

1. Basic facts

A. The Plaintiff received a loan of KRW 91 million from the Defendant around December 2003, and KRW 40 million around October 2006, respectively. The Plaintiff did not pay part of the principal and interest of each of the above loans until January 2010.

B. On August 19, 2010, the Defendant filed a loan claim claim as Seoul Central District Court 2010Da183851 on the ground that the Plaintiff did not repay each of the above loans, and on August 19, 2010, rendered a judgment by public notice from the above court that “the Plaintiff shall pay the Defendant the amount of KRW 109,386,214 and the damages for delay thereof,” and the above judgment became final and conclusive around that time.

(hereinafter referred to as the “instant judgment”), which became final and conclusive as above, C.

On November 5, 2010, the Plaintiff filed an application for exemption from Suwon District Court 2010,9713, and bankruptcy and exemption from liability under 2010Hadan9713, and on January 3, 2012, the said court rendered a decision to exempt the Plaintiff from liability for each of the obligations described in the creditor’s list, and the said decision became final and conclusive on January 18, 2012.

D. On January 27, 2014, the Defendant, with the instant judgment as the executive title, received a claim for each credit card payment (sale and deposit) against six card companies, including the Plaintiff’s non-credit card company, as Seoul Central District Court 2014TTB805, with the total amount of KRW 156,508,223, respectively, of the credit card companies.
