1. Defendant Hosan Construction Co., Ltd. and Defendant Heavy Construction Industry Co., Ltd. jointly share the Plaintiff’s KRW 60,359,896.

1. Basic facts

A. On November 14, 2014, Nonparty D, at the construction site of the new ecological river restoration project located in Yangju-si, obtained earth and sand from the construction site of the E dump truck (hereinafter “instant dump truck”). On November 28, 2014, Nonparty D arrived at the site of the construction of the dump truck’s housing site development project located in Yangju-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-si and the construction site of the dump-dong-dong-dong-dong-si road construction project (hereinafter “instant construction site”). On November 28, 2014, Nonparty D died at the Government Sump Hospital located in the Kaol University located in the central government-si University.

B. The plaintiff A is the deceased's spouse, and the plaintiff B and C are the deceased's children.

C. Meanwhile, Defendant Hosan Construction Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Dasan Construction”) was awarded a subcontract for construction cost of KRW 619,230,000 for the first portion of the “new ecological river restoration project (stage 2)” that was ordered by Yangju-si Construction around May 28, 2014 by the Yangju-si Integrated Construction.

On May 20, 2014, Yangju-si obtained the consent from the Korea Land and Housing Corporation to bring in the construction site of this case to the construction site of this case, and the deceased was a dump truck of this case and transported the above soil to the construction site of this case.

E. In addition, around May 9, 2014, the Defendant Heavy Construction Industry Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Sult Construction Industry”) contracted the instant construction work with the Korea Land and Housing Corporation at KRW 34,934,760,000. The Defendant Heavy Construction Industry, at the time of the instant accident, unloaded dump truck drivers, such as the Deceased, to the site of the instant construction work, and performed the suspension work after unloading dump truck drivers, at the time of the instant accident.
