A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for two years.

308,618,300 won shall be additionally collected from the defendant.

The additional collection charge shall be equivalent to the above additional collection charge.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant served as the head of the overseas business division and the vice-head of the company D (hereinafter referred to as “D”) specialized in repair of high-speed engines for vessels from July 14, 2003 to July 23, 2014, and was in charge of the duties of ordering the supplier after preparing an order order based on the estimates received from the supplier and obtaining approval.

1. On December 27, 2011, the Defendant received 22 times from the representative E company operated by F in Busan Young-gu G, Busan, from the purport that “Around December 2008, part of the margin arising from the supply of the vessel parts to F is changed. To continue to supply the vessel parts to F. In such a case, the Defendant received 2 million won from the Defendant’s account on March 12, 2009, upon receiving an unlawful solicitation from F to the effect that “Around December 27, 201, the Defendant received 140,600,500 won in total, as shown in the attached list of crimes (1), from the name of F. 22 times until June 27, 2011.

As a result, the defendant acquired 140,620,50 won in return for an illegal solicitation in relation to his duties as a person who administers another's business.

2. On January 209, the Defendant, within H’s H representative I, proposed a proposal to the same effect as that set forth in paragraph 1 to the H Company operated by the I located in Busan Jung-gu, Busan, and received an illegal solicitation from I who consented thereto to the effect that he/she may continue to supply vessel parts, and received KRW 3 million from the Defendant’s account on March 10, 2009. From that time, the Defendant assisted the supply of vessel parts, such as caring, on a total of seven occasions until February 24, 2012.
