Defendant shall be punished by a fine of one million won.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

No person shall gambling using any act of offering property or property benefits to persons who win the result of sports promotion by issuing voting rights or a similar things to the Korea Sports Promotion Foundation or a person who is not an entrusted business entity.

Nevertheless, from January 9, 2016 to January 19, 2016, the Defendant visited the Internet sports sports soil site B site, which is the Internet sports soil site, and opened the Internet sports soil in the form of a new bank account under the name of Baber (100-031-203493), which is the deposit account of the said site, (16) a total of 6,40,000 won, such as the list of crimes (A) in attached Form 16 times, and deposited the amount of cyber money in the same manner as the list of crimes (10-031-203), and used the same as the list of crimes (A).
