Punishment of the crime

1. Defendant A received money from the victim B (the age of 25) who was known in Dong Ne that he had committed an act without his mind on the ground that the victim B (the age of 25) had committed an act without his own mind, by intentionally receiving the victim’s mispercation and threatening the victim to report a drunk driving to the police.

On November 24, 2019, when the Defendant came to know that the victim was in a state of drinking alcohol at around 23:00, the Defendant: (a) from the D convenience point located in the Gu and Sinsi; (b) from the D convenience point in the Gu and Sinsi; (c) from the victim driving a 125cc stura, the victim stopped the stura to the front of the Gu and Sinsi University at around 23:40 on the same day; (c) the victim stopped the stura to stop the stura after the Defendant’s car; and (d) the victim was in a state of drinking alcohol; and (e) the victim was waiting for the stura of the stura while driving the 125cc sturba.

In this respect, the defendant carried a dangerous object with a car, and assaulted the victim.

B. The Defendant, at the time and place of the above “A” as mentioned above, followed the victim’s vehicle, and then dumped the victim by stating, “I am friend, friend, friend, friend, friend, friend, friend, friend, friend, friend, and friend, friend, friend, friend, and friend, friend, friend, friend, and friend, fried to the police without reporting the vehicle to the police.”

The Defendant, as seen above, got the victim to attack and withdraw goods from the frightened victim, but the victim refused to do so and reported it to the police, thereby resulting in attempted crimes.
