If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On June 30, 2013, at around 22:20, the Defendant driven a B-pon vehicle from the street in front of the river park in the Busan Suwon-gu to the front of the same Puter apartment, while under the influence of alcohol by 0.199% of blood alcohol level.
