The punishment of the accused shall be determined by a year of imprisonment.

The defendant shall be liable for damages caused by fraud, 3.5 million won.

Punishment of the crime

1. On July 2016, the Defendant would give a discount to the Victim C at the victim C’s residence located in Gyeong-Eup, Young-si, Ma, for a KRW 3,500,000,00 to the victim’s KRW 4.5 million.

The phrase “the advance payment to be installed within one month, 2 million won,” was false.

However, even if the defendant received advance payment from the injured party because there is no particular property or income, he did not use it as the cost of installing a low-resistant warehouse and did not have an intention or ability to install a low-resistant warehouse for the victim.

On July 15, 2016, the Defendant received KRW 1.5 million from the damaged party to the post office account under the name of the Defendant.

2. On August 3, 2016, the victim E, operated by the victim E at regular Eup/Myeon on August 3, 2016, the Defendant falsely concluded that “The victim’s KRW 5,400,000,000 including KRW 2,40,000,00,000,000,000,00,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000 won.”

However, since there is no particular property or income, the defendant thought that he would use it as living expenses, etc. without using it as construction expenses, even if he received construction payment from the injured party, and he did not have an intention or ability to do so.

The Defendant, from the victim on August 8, 2016, paid in cash around August 8, 2016; and the same year.

8.15. Cash: 550,000 won in cash for the same year;

8. The same year upon receipt of 1 million won in cash each around 19.1 billion won;

8. 24. Receipt of a remittance of KRW 1.9 million to a credit cooperative account under the name of the defendant on or around the same year.

9.1. The same year, one million won or more in cash in the light of the police officer’s license;

9. The Plaintiff received KRW 500,000,000 in total from the said credit account, and received KRW 5450,000 in total.

3. The victim H is located in the I Si of Jeong-Eup on August 26, 2016.
