A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months and by a fine not exceeding 5,00,000 won.

Reasons
Punishment of the crime
The defendant of "2016 Highest 9085" is the representative of the corporation E (Suspension of Prosecution) that runs the business of transporting and selling marine oil at the time of the building D, Yeonsu-gu, Incheon, Incheon, and at the same time operates G gas stations in the Gyeonggi Triju F.
1. On February 28, 2015, the Defendant, who was not issued a tax invoice, did not issue a tax invoice even though he/she supplied via G gas stations a total amount of KRW 108,636,365 won, to G gas stations from that time until December 31, 2015, even though he/she supplied via the supply of the total amount of KRW 1,146,79,995 won, as shown in attached Table 1, from that time until December 31, 2015.
2. On July 25, 2015, the Defendant evaded the value-added tax of KRW 64,832,727 by omitting sales of KRW 648,327 from January 1, 2015 to June 30, 2015, when filing a report on the value-added tax at the Incheon Tax Office located in the Dong-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, Incheon, 75, and when filing a report on the value-added tax on January 1, 2015, the Defendant omitted sales of KRW 64,832,727 from January 1, 2015 to June 30, 2015; and around January 25, 2016, when filing a report on the value-added tax of KRW 15 through 10,498,4727,727,478,478, the value-added tax was omitted.
3. Around March 31, 2016, the Defendant evaded corporate tax of KRW 173,097,761 by omitting KRW 1,146,79,95 in sales sales in the year 2015, as shown in the attached Table 1 List of Crimes, and by falsely appropriating KRW 27,00,000 as the Defendant’s wife paid KRW 27,00,000 for the above H, even though he did not actually work for the Company E, as if he did not work for the Company E, as in the attached Table 1.
Defendant 2, “2017 Highest 327,” when operating the above G gas station, was supplied by E around February 28, 2015 with the supply value of KRW 108,636,365.
