The Defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a rocketing car.

On September 28, 2016, the Defendant driven approximately 20km of the said vehicle from the area near the digital end of the city to the front day of the Sinpo-dong charging station in the Sinpo-si, Sinpo-si under the influence of alcohol content of 0.145% among the blood transfusion around 02:00.
