1. Defendant C and E shall register the Seoul Northern District Court's Dongdaemun-gu Office with respect to the real estate stated in the attached list (1) to Plaintiff A.
Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. On March 13, 2006, Plaintiff A entered into a sales contract with an known Korea Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “EM”) to purchase real estate listed in the attached list (1) of F owned by the Seoul Special Metropolitan City Seoul Special Metropolitan City (hereinafter “first house”) for KRW 150,000,000 (hereinafter “instant first sale contract”). The main contents of the said sales contract are as follows.
Article 3 (Extinguishment of Rights, etc.) If there is any reason for restricting the exercise of ownership, or the shortage of public charges or other charges, the seller shall remove the defects, burdens, etc. and transfer the full ownership by no later than the date of payment of the balance.
