All sentence imposed on the Defendants shall be suspended.

Punishment of the crime

1. Basic facts are as follows: (a) Defendant A; (b) Defendant C; (c) Defendant C; (d) Defendant B’s former executive director; and (c) Defendant B’s employees employed on September 10, 2012 from Defendant F to the managing director of I’s main apartment complex; (c) Defendant A and Defendant C conspired the occupants to form a management body of the main complex building that caused damage to the F; (d) Defendant C’s dismissal notice to the victim H on October 8, 2012; and (e) Defendant A and Defendant C returned the official documents and seals that were removed from the management office of the said I’s office and the victim were removed on October 15, 2012; and (e) Defendant C did not return them to the victim’s official documents and seals that were removed from the victim.

2. The Defendants, around 14:00 on October 15, 2012, paid a trial cost on the said grounds in front of the 1sty Office of the Kado Office, Defendant A demanded the victim H to submit official documents and seals related to the management affairs, but the victim failed to comply therewith and attempted to leave at the management office.

Accordingly, Defendant A, according to the victim, committed violence by putting bats of the victim by breath with bat and bating the victim's bat with her hand.

At this time, Defendant B and Defendant C also joined with the victim’s ebbbbbbbucks, and Defendant C assaulted the victim’s right-hand knee with knee.
