Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

On August 4, 2016, around 14:00, the Defendant driven the CMF7 car volume without a car driver’s license from the upper end to the front end of the bend in the Dong-dong, Seo-gu, Daegu-gu to the front end of the same Gu.
