Reasons
Punishment of the crime
The defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a route of less than 5t.
On December 18, 2017, around 09:00, the Defendant driven the above route on the two-lane road in front of the 1323-lane in the direction of the Namnam-gun, Namnam-si, and proceeded along the two-lane in the direction of the river in the direction of the river. The Defendant changed the course to the two-lane in the direction of the river.
