【Defendant A’s fraud in 2015 Highest 5214 [Defendant A’s fraud] The Defendant, along with I et al., gathered to obtain a worker’s lease loan from a financial institution by taking advantage of a false lease agreement and employment-related documents prepared as if a person without a house rents a house, and intended to take charge of a lessee of a house and a nominal owner of a loan.
On December 31, 2011, the Defendant prepared with I, at the K Authorized Brokerage Office located in Seo-gu Incheon, Seo-gu, Incheon, the letter of false lease contract with the Defendant stating that I would deposit KRW 120,000,000,000,000 and the period from January 14, 2012 to 24 months, and around that time, the Defendant issued to the Defendant a false certificate of employment and a written confirmation of source of income tax collection with the content that I would receive benefits while working as the Yellow Integrated Construction Corporation.
After that, around January 6, 2012, the Defendant filed an application for the loan of the entire housing loan in his/her name with an employee in charge of the loan of the entire housing in his/her name at the new location of Eunpyeong-gu Seoul, Seoul. On January 6, 2012, the Defendant submitted a deposit contract, a certificate of employment, a certificate of source of income tax collection, etc. prepared falsely as above.
Accordingly, the defendant, in collusion with I, by deceiving the employees of the victim, received 80 million won from the victim to the new bank account with I around January 18, 2012 under the name of the employee's full-time housing loan from the victim.
