1. All of the plaintiffs' claims are dismissed.
2. The costs of lawsuit are assessed against the plaintiffs.
Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. The Defendant is the operating entity of the Seogsan University Hospital in Seo-gu, Daejeon (hereinafter “Defendant Hospital”). The Plaintiff is a patient who received medical treatment at the Defendant Hospital with a divessis accompanied by a multi-pact long-term divessis, and the Plaintiff B and C are children of Plaintiff A.
B. From April 2004, Plaintiff A received treatment from the Defendant hospital due to diseases, such as high blood pressure, urology, brain chronology, pinson’s disease, self-regulation disorder, and chronology, Plaintiff A applied the emergency room of the Defendant hospital to the patient, who complained of symptoms, such as stomat, heat, stoves, and respiratory distress, around July 21, 2012 while receiving treatment from the Defendant hospital.
C. At the time of Plaintiff’s internal source, the medical professionals at Defendant Hospital measured at 40.2∑ C, blood pressure 232/8mHg, heart water 133mHg, 38mH, 38 times/minutes, and 84% of the absorption, the medical professionals at Defendant Hospital conducted all kinds of tests, such as cardiopology test, chest CTT test, blood test, and blood productive test with respect to Plaintiff A.
As a result, blood test showed a concentration of 1.83mg/dl ( normal range 0.50 to 1.1mg/dl), 320m/dl ( normal range 74-106mg/dl), C-in proactive concentration of 13.89m/dl ( normal range 0-0.5m/dl) in blood, and the opinion on infection was confirmed, and pH 7.38 ( normal range 7.35-7.45), pH in the Macrogas analysis (ABG) analysis (PH), pH 41mHg (pO2), 320mHg/dl (normal range 75-100mg), 30m p27m/4m27m/7m27m/4m2 (H27mq), and 37m/7m27m/7m pCO (H27m/7m27m/7mq) of p.
Accordingly, the medical personnel of the defendant hospital diagnosed the condition of the plaintiff A with a dystrophosis accompanied by a dystrophosis, and provides the treatment of respiratorys, hydropulmonary injection, urine excreta, hystrophism, piracy, antibiotics control, antibiotics, etc. on July 21, 2012.
