All appeals filed by the defendant and prosecutor are dismissed.

1. As to the summary of the grounds for appeal, the Defendant asserts that the Defendant is too unaffortable and unfair, and that the prosecutor is too unaffortable and unfair.

2. The judgment of the court below is proper, and the defendant's assertion of unfair sentencing against the defendant is without merit, in full view of all the sentencing conditions specified in the arguments of this case, including the defendant's age, character and conduct, environment, the circumstances and result of the crime of this case, etc., although the defendant committed the crime of this case at the same time in spite of the number of identical criminal records.

3. Accordingly, the appeal filed by the defendant and the prosecutor is dismissed in accordance with Article 364(4) of the Criminal Procedure Act, since all of the appeal filed by the defendant and the prosecutor are without merit. It
