Punishment of the crime

Around 08:40 on August 21, 2019, the Defendant driven a B SP car and proceeded along the two-lanes in the direction of LAF in the direction of LAF in front of the horse in Gangseo-gu, Busan. On the other hand, C(57 years of age) was driving a D25 Hyundai SP truck from the third lane above the other, and the said three-lane was changed to the Defendant’s front line on the ground that the said three-lane was closed due to the construction work, and then the Defendant tried to overtake the said truck and change the course into the two-lane course on the other hand, and then the dangerous things of the victim’s front line were lowered to the said vehicle.

Accordingly, the defendant carried dangerous objects and threatened the victim.
