Punishment of the crime

After the Defendant’s operation of “Cking room business” in a building B (second floor) located in Busan-gun, but closed down 10 days of alcoholic beverage sales, the Defendant reported the production of music records and music video products in the name of “D” at the same place around December 12, 2019.

Any person who intends to operate a singing practice room shall register with the head of the competent Gu.

Nevertheless, the Defendant, without registering with the competent Gu office from December 12, 2019 to December 27, 2019, operated a singing practice room business by having an unspecified customer with facilities such as 20,000-5-50,000 won per hour and 20,000 won for singing, with the area of approximately 115.5 square meters in size, and 115.5 square meters in size, and with a singing practice room business.
