A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

[Criminal Power] On January 14, 2015, the Defendant was issued a summary order of KRW 3 million for the crime of violating the Road Traffic Act at the Daegu District Court.

【Criminal Facts】

1. The Defendant violates the Act on Special Cases concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents (Bodily Injury) is a person who is engaged in driving a B rocketing taxi.

At around 18:40 on February 25, 2020, the Defendant driven the above taxi and proceeded ahead of the 176 Eastern Rig-ro, Seogu, Daegu-gu, Seogu, Seoul-gu, with the front of the 176 East Dong Rig-gu, the front of the ethic distance from the ethic bank.
