On February 4, 2008, the Defendant issued a summary order of KRW 1,50,000,000 as a fine for a violation of the Road Traffic Act at the Changwon District Court on February 4, 2008; on January 27, 2014, the same court issued a summary order of KRW 1,50,000 as a fine for a violation of the Road Traffic Act; and on May 10, 2017, the same court issued a summary order of KRW 1,50,000 as a fine for a violation of the Road Traffic Act; and on May 10, 2017, the said court was sentenced to a suspended sentence of two years for six months for a violation of the Road Traffic Act, and the said judgment

【Criminal Facts】

On August 19, 2018, the Defendant, without obtaining a driver’s license at around 04:25, the blood alcohol level of 0.129%, went from the road side of the window of Changwon-si, starting from the road side of the window of Changwon-si, and driving H Poter truck from about 45km to the front side of G in the window of Changwon-si, through E located in Dong-Eup/Myeon-si and Sungwon-si, Changwon-si.

As a result, the Defendant violated the prohibition of drunk driving at least twice, and once again driven a motor vehicle without a driver's license in violation of the above provision.
