Reasons
Punishment of the crime
On November 2015, the Defendant came to know of the victim D (at the time, 47 years of age) located in Ulsan-si, Ulsan-si, which was operated by the relatives of the victim D (at the time, 47 years of age) in the Esing practice place, and had been trying to commit the said singing practice.

Accordingly, the defendant was given property by deceiving the victim.
2. On December 2015, the Defendant: (a) in the case of the I coffee located in the Northern-gu, Ulsan-si; (b) “The Defendant: (c) borrowed from the victim the right of retention in the north-gu, Ulsan-si; (d) sold in lots to two households; (e) one household would sell in lots; (e) 34 square meters; and (e) the other household would sell in lots; (e) 34 square meters; (e) 34 square meters; and (e) 34 square meters; and (e) 25 square meters; and (e) the Defendant would use the down payment and intermediate payment first at the end.
