Defendant shall be punished by a fine of 6 million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a rocketing car.

On June 19, 2018, the Defendant driven the said car at around 02:05, and led the Defendant to drive the said car in front of the “D store” located in Chuncheon-si C, along the intersection from the three-distance boundary of the intersection to the one-lane off of the modern apartment room.

Since there is a remote crossing with on-and-off yellow lights, a driver of a motor vehicle has a duty of care to safely operate the brake and steering the steering gear by properly manipulating the front side and the steering gear while driving the motor vehicle, if there is another motor vehicle already entering the intersection in front of the intersection and driving the motor vehicle.

Nevertheless, the Defendant neglected this and failed to properly operate the operation and steering gear while driving the said vehicle while under the influence of alcohol of 0.159% while driving the vehicle in his blood, and due to the negligence that the Defendant was unable to properly operate the operation and steering gear, the Defendant received the front portion of the right side side of the F car rental car driving by the Defendant’s vehicle, which first entered the above intersection on the left side of the running direction of the Mad Co., Ltd. Ultimately, the Defendant caused the victim to suffer injuries, such as cage cage cages and tensions, which require approximately two weeks of medical treatment by occupational negligence as above.

The Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (drinking driving) driving the said vehicle under the influence of alcohol by 0.159% from the 1km section of approximately 1 km to the intersection of D store located in Chuncheon-si, Sincheon-si, a day before the port of January, 1, 200 to the intersection of D store in Chuncheon-si.
