Reasons
1. The grounds for appeal by the Defendants cited in the judgment of the court of first instance are not significantly different from the allegations in the court of first instance. According to the evidence duly adopted and examined by the court of first instance, the fact-finding and judgment of the court of first instance are deemed legitimate
Therefore, the reasoning of the judgment of the court of first instance is that of the judgment.

Except for correcting “F” as “J” under the main sentence of Article 420 of the Civil Procedure Act, the same applies to the reasoning of the first instance judgment.
2. In conclusion, the judgment of the first instance is legitimate, and all appeals by the Defendants are dismissed.
