Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 700,000.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one hundred thousand won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On October 18, 2015, the Defendant driven a CM520 vehicle while under the influence of alcohol content of about 0.059% from around about 200 meters to the front road, from the roads near the public health clinic of the Government, which are located in 23:10 Dong of the Government, to the public health clinic of the Government, which are located in 81 Dong of the Government, to the citizens of the Gu.
