A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a car with C low-priced car.

On April 2, 2018, the Defendant driven the above vehicle at around 19:10, and continued the front way of the gas station E located in Daegu Northern-gu D from the four-distance away from the gamb.
