Defendant

A is a person operating a game room with the trade name "D Gameland" (general game providing business permission is obtained with the trade name "E") located in Seo-gu, Seoan-gu, Seoan-gu, Seoan City. Defendant B is a person employed by Defendant A, who is in charge of money exchange while staying in the party room of "G" located in Seoan-gu, Seoan-gu, Seoan City.

No one shall engage in the business of exchanging or arranging the exchange or repurchase of tangible or intangible results obtained through the use of game products.

On December 2018, the Defendants: (a) around December 2018, Defendant A had overall control over the operation of the above game, and (b) Defendant B conspired to engage in money exchange business for the results of the game by sharing the roles of money exchange among customers.
