1. Details of the disposition;

A. The Plaintiff, as an employee of the Co., Ltd. Co., Ltd., as an employee of the Co., Ltd., Ltd., on May 22, 2013, was involved in the accident of falling down and kneekne, resulting in the injury of the “skne part-sknee column,” and received approval for medical care until November 21, 2013.

B. On November 24, 2013, the Plaintiff filed a claim for disability benefits with the Defendant. On November 26, 2013, the Defendant rendered a disposition to determine the Plaintiff’s disability grade as Class 14th 10 (the remainder of the negoicalism) (hereinafter “instant disposition”).

2. Whether the disposition is lawful;

A. The Plaintiff’s alleged kne-comeng was limited to a normal exerciseable area, and required to install a fixed gear due to a flue-out, so the disability grade thereby constitutes class 7 of class 8 (one pipe out of the three sections of a single bridge), class 10, class 14 (one pipe out of the three sections of a single bridge), or class 12, class 10 (one pipe out of the three sections of a single bridge), or class 10 of class 12 (a person who has a significant obstacle to the function of one pipe out of the three sections of a single bridge).

In addition, since he/she feel extreme dynamics due to negail damage, he/she also falls under class 15 of class 12 (the person who remains with severe negale symptoms).

Therefore, the instant disposition that determined the Plaintiff’s disability grade as class 14 is unlawful.

B. According to the Enforcement Decree of the Industrial Accident Compensation Insurance Act (Attached Table 6) and the Enforcement Rule of the same Act (Attached Table 5), the criteria for disability grades related to the Plaintiff are as follows.
