Punishment of the crime

[criminal power] On July 14, 2015, the Defendant was sentenced to six months of imprisonment with prison labor for the crime of causing property damage in the Jinwon District Court's Jinwon District Court's Jinwon Branch on July 14, 2015, and completed the execution of a detention house.

【Criminal Facts】

On February 8, 2017, the Defendant, while the victim B (the age of 83) resided with the victim C(the age of 77) and owned with his spouse C(the age of 83), was living as the lessee in Jinju-si, the victim was faced with his intention to escape.

1. From October 2018 to October 14:00, the Defendant: (a) performed drinking in the house of the said victims; (b) and (c) took a bath for the said victims to “B chrop, C C chroches, and year gurogate (heat),” but (c) the victims did not open the door; (d) by walking the said house gate several times, the Defendant destroyed the said gate in a way that the amount equivalent to KRW 800,000,000 of the repair cost and replacement cost of the said gate.

2. On April 13, 2019, at around 13:40, the Defendant: (a) opened the above dwelling gate in order for the victim to drink the said victim’s residence and call the gate to confirm it; (b) carried the victim’s body in his/her hand, breaking the part of the left part of the treatment days on the left part of the treatment days by cutting the victim’s body into the floor; and (c) invaded the victim’s residence through the above open gate, and assaulted the victim’s B’s flap, flaping him/her into the victim’s flap; and (d) attacked the victim’s flap.

Accordingly, the defendant assaulted the victim B, injured the victim C, and invadedd the victim's residence.

3. Around April 25, 2019, the Defendant: (a) 01:50 on April 25, 2019, when drinking alcohol to the victims’ residence; (b) seeing Belgium and gate, the Defendant died of the victims, such as “B C, C, E, E, E, E, E, Mara, and E, Mara. B, C, E, Mara, and Bara.”
