Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 10 million.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

[Criminal Power] On September 2, 201, the Defendant issued a summary order of KRW 1.5 million at the Incheon District Court for the crime of violation of the Road Traffic Act.

【Criminal Facts】

On February 8, 2020, at around 21:14, the Defendant operated approximately 50 meters of alcohol level on the front side of the Nam-gu Incheon Namdong-gu Bhill at around 0.082%.

Accordingly, the defendant violated Article 44 (1) of the Road Traffic Act not less than twice.
