Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 700,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On September 22, 2012, the Defendant, while under the influence of alcohol of 0.050% of blood alcohol concentration, was driving from the front side of a restaurant on the mutual infinite-gu, Seojin-gu, Seoul to the front side of the new elementary school located in Songcheon-dong.
