Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 5,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. At around 00:00 on July 4, 2014, the Defendant: (a) cut off the victim C’s vehicle on the street in front of the Seoul Jung-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government building; (b) put the key to the vehicle outside the vehicle by creshing the vehicle and driving the vehicle, which is owned by the victim, with the cresh of surveillance by putting the vehicle outside the vehicle and neglecting surveillance by putting the key on the vehicle, and then cut off it by driving it as it is.

2. The Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (Free Driver’s License) without obtaining a driver’s license or an international driver’s license from the Do in front of the above B building to the front of the two-dimensional road located in front of the 275 vehicle, from the Do in front of the said building, at the time and time specified in paragraph (1).

3. Violation of the Road Traffic Act (Refusal to measure a drinking level) was demanded by the Defendant to respond to a drinking test by inserting approximately twenty minutes a drinking gauge into a drinking-free measuring instrument while driving a DKaf car in the above manner with the time and time limit specified in Paragraph 1, on the ground that there are reasonable grounds to recognize that the Defendant was driving under the influence of alcohol, such as smelling and smelling on the face from an slopeF belonging to the Seoul Central Police Station E Zone Traffic Control Department, while driving the DKaf car in the above manner.

Nevertheless, the Defendant refused to take a drinking test while taking a bath, and failed to comply with a police officer’s request for a drinking test without justifiable grounds.
