1. As to KRW 260,709,90 and KRW 83,052,750 among the Plaintiff, the Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 260,709,90 from December 29, 2015, KRW 177,657,150.

Comprehensively taking account of the purport of each statement in Gap evidence Nos. 1 and 2 (including various numbers; hereinafter the same shall apply), the fact that the plaintiff supplied the defendant with a total of KRW 551,930,522 from July 31, 2015 to December 31, 2015 as indicated in the table below, and received a total of KRW 291,220,622 from the defendant during the period from October 19 to December 28, 2015 can be acknowledged.

According to the Plaintiff’s computation method of 10,74,50 on July 31, 2015, 10, 2015, 205: (i) the amount of temporary supply is calculated on August 28, 2015, 31, 581, 300 on August 31, 2015; (ii) the amount is calculated on September 30, 2015; (iii) the remainder of the amount is calculated on September 31, 2015, 205, 206, 30, 205, 205, 206, 205, 205, 30, 205, 206, 205, 205, 205, 206, 305, 205, 207, 205, 301, 205, 2015.

In cases of calculation in the above manner, KRW 291,220,662 that the Plaintiff received from the Defendant is appropriated for the original amount of July 31, 2015, KRW 31, August 31, 2015, KRW 291,220,662 (i.e., KRW 10,74,500 + KRW 28,581,300 + KRW 28,581,530 + KRW 92,041,092 + KRW 99,838,200 + KRW 260,709,000). Ultimately, the total amount of the remaining goods amount of KRW 260,709,90 recognized as above means the total amount of the goods amount of KRW 30,531,575,715,205,715,7537,715,200.

In addition, among them, 83,052,750 won for the goods of November 30, 2015 shall be from December 29, 2015 to December 31, 2015; and 177,657,150 won for the goods of December 31, 2015 to be claimed by the Plaintiff following the above supply date.
